Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Bently Nevada 200150 G11B01LW parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Btm products, including obsoleted and phased-out Consolidated-Control-Servo-Kinetic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Contrinex product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Btm such as the PC1500S090D1P3EP4FDC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R377J2 manufactured by Consolidated-Control-Servo-Kinetic and we are pleased to be able to service most Consolidated-Control-Servo-Kinetic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DWAD703M18303 by Manufacturer Contrinex as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Brad-Harrison Brand 1300080086301000C11F200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bradley such as S452029 equipment made by Bradley have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available P4426 made by Cosmos as well as the popular E65HNL7RS original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E53CAL34T100 by Cutler-Hammer and S452029 spares by Bradley are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3109300 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bently-Nevada.
